Balancing a Startup, a Job, and AI-Powered Thinking (Part 1)
2/13/2025•Sam Pickering, Founder & CEO
Mornings. Evenings. Two completely different energies, but both crucial when you’re building something while juggling a full-time job.
Mornings are strategy mode—big-picture thinking, setting the tone. Evenings are execution mode—pushing things forward, refining ideas.
In between? A full workday. A family. Life.
This is where AI comes in—not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier. Mornings, it helps me clarify. Evenings, it helps me execute. Without it, the gaps between ideas and action would be bigger.
This rhythm—coffee-fueled mornings, late-night sprints—is the reality of an early-stage founder. And if I’m being honest? I wouldn’t have it any other way.
